PRINTABLE RAFFLE TICKET
1. ELIGIBILITY: MUST
BE 18 OR OLDER. To
be eligible to win, raffle ticket money and entries must be received by
August
14th. The total number of
eligible entries received
during the Promotion Period determines the odds of
winning. By entering, entrant agrees
to abide by these Official Rules and the
decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Description
of
Prize. One (1)
Prize will be awarded to a qualified winner. The
exact prize for which an entrant is

2. HOW TO ENTER: Raffle

PRINTABLE TICKET) Print and fill out your ticket keeping the
information side
of the ticket for your receipt. Send Your
Ticket and Send $10 U.S. money order (PLEASE! NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
PLEASE DO NOT

3. WINNER IS
RESPONSIBLE FOR: PICKUP
OF PRIZE (NO
DELIVERY). WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL
TAX; TITLE; TAGS; INSURANCE; DUTY ETC. All taxes
are the
responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission to post
winner's
name on the Sponsor's website and the use of the winner's name and
hometown for
purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited
by law.
By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor, its affiliates,
distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers and
all of
their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and
agents
shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless
against
damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or
indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or
participation
in this RAFFLE. Offer void where prohibited.
Miscellaneous. The RAFFLE is subject to all
applicable laws in the United States and Canada. Void where prohibited
and in any country except the United
States and Canada. Sponsor
may prohibit
entrants from participating in the RAFFLE and disqualify entries if
they
attempt to enter the RAFFLE through
means not described in the rules, attempt
to disrupt the RAFFLE or circumvent the rules, act in an
un-sportsmanlike
manner or with intent to annoy or harass any other entrant or
sponsor(s).
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the RAFFLE should
virus, bugs,
unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of
the
Sponsor or Promoters, corrupt the administration, security, fairness,
integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. All decisions are
final.
Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or
implied, in
fact or in law, relative to the use of the RAFFLE prize including, but
not
limited to, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular prize. Entrants
agree that any and all claims, disputes and causes of action arising
out of or
related to the RAFFLE shall be resolved, without resort to any form of
class
action, exclusively by the appropriate courts in Douglas County,
Nebraska in
accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without giving
effect to
conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of
any
other jurisdiction.
4. Drawing
and
Awarding of RAFFLE Prize. A random
drawing will be made of all
eligible and completed entry RAFFLE Tickets received during the
Promotion
Period (March 2009 to August 14; 2009 (deadline for mail in) and August
16;
2009 otherwise. If Winner can not be present; Winner will be notified
by phone
or by certified mail, return receipt requested, within ten (10) days of
the
drawing. In
order to claim his/her prize winner will
have to an affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release
(or Declaration
of compliance, if Canadian resident). (This is just for proof of age(eligibility);
release of liability and permission to use winner in future
advertisements)
Winner must claim his/her prize in thirty (30) days.
